A 'chilling' question.

I've often wondered if other people with biid share some of my experiences.

Well, that is a bit of a stretch since I didn't know biid existed as such until a few days ago, but that's aside the point.

With me, I want or even need to have me left leg removed about halfway up the thigh.

And for an example, anywhere below that line seems to always feel quite a bit colder than
my other (right) leg, or even above that line, and the rest of my body. Even if that is the leg exposed to the heat source more, the only one under the blanket, or the other (right) leg is the only one in a cold  river. My left leg can just never seem to get to, at least have the feeling of being warm compared to the rest of me.

Perhaps, that it why I've never wear/wore a coat even when the temperatures were approaching below freezing, several times also below zero (like, in the negative twenties, and thirties). Even going for a swim in those temperatures, it was kind of fun watching large ice blocks (sometime half the size of a  small car) float right by you in a river. Did I become hypothermic, probably, did I know it, nope, except for once but that was on a scout snow camp where my scout leader recognized the sign (and ironically I was dressed for that kind of weather). Now that can't be healthy, nor doing no harm, and most definitely a circumstance prime for fatality.

Maybe I hoped to get the sense of my left leg feeling warm at last, but sadly to no avail. Although I do tend to wear a coat now when temperatures approach that level, probably due to the lack of success. However there are times I go without a coat, I guess particularly when I can stand what comes with biid no more.

So in short, I wonder if others have the 'chilling' sensation in their manifestation of biid?
